Bellevue
Schedule your inspection now, using our On-Line Inspection Request Service.
You may also call automated system at 425-452-6875 and select option “1” (schedule an inspection).
- Have your permit handy when scheduling; you’ll be required to enter your permit number and the 3-digit code for the inspection you want to schedule
- Call before 6:00 am to get an inspection that same date
If you would like to get an estimated inspection time call our office at 425-452-4570 between 7 and 8 am the morning of the inspection.
Bothell
Call 425-489-3390 before 3 pm for a next day inspection. Please have the following information ready to leave on the recording:
- Permit Number
- Type of inspection
- Date inspection requested
- Plat name & lot number
- Contact name and phone number
Burien
Call 206-248-5525 to schedule an inspection. Calls received before 7 am will be performed on the same business day. Weekend or holiday requests will default to the following business day. Please speak slowly and clearly and provide the following information:
- Permit Number
The permit number is listed on the upper right corner of your permit.

- Type of Inspection.
(EX: Building, Plumbing, Mechanical, Electrical)
- Site Address

Requests must be submitted before 4 pm on the day prior to your inspection request.
