Refund Policy
- Cancellations by the eCityGovAlliance: Classes cancelled by the eCityGovAlliance will result in a 100% refund for seminar fees. If payment was made via credit card, refunds will be credited back to your account.
- Discretionary cancellations by registrants: Substitutions are accepted anytime without charge, and are encouraged; however, if the registrant must cancel without a substitution, the following conditions apply:
- At least seven (7) business day's notice: Full refund less 10% MemberPlanet fee.
- Less than seven (7) business day's notice: No refund
- If the even is less than $25: No refund
- Emergency cancellations by registrants: Cancellations due to personal medical or family emergency (medical or otherwise) may be eligible for a full refund. Please notify the eCityGovAlliance via e-mail at the registrants earliest convenience and include a supervisor's contact information for verification as may be required:
- Emergency cancellation refund requests must be submitted to the eCityGovAlliance no later than seven (7) business days after the registered class end date.
- Please allow at least 5 business days for confirmation of emergency cancellation refund approval.
- Credit or debit card charge disputes by registrants: Registrants will be responsible for any returned payment fees if they dispute charges with their bank/card company before contacting the eCityGovAlliance with a refund request. An additional fee, equal to 10% of the class registration fee, will be added to any returned payment fee from a bank/card company, and will be the responsibility of the registrant who initiated the charge dispute.
